Truss Production Assembler | Hurricane, UT

Nexeo Staffing is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a Truss Production Assembler position with a growing manufacturing company in St. George, UT. This is a hands-on opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with tools, building products, and being part of a team-oriented production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood roof trusses and structural components according to specifications.
• Read blueprints, engineered drawings, and measurements.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
• Measure, position, and secure lumber components accurately.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production process.
• Assist with order preparation, staging, and material handling.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Complete required production and inventory documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, framing, manufacturing, assembly, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to follow instructions and work from drawings or blueprints.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding production environment.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Monday-Friday | 5:00AM-3:30PM
