Whether you're advancing your career or growing your skillset, we are here to drive you forward.Role Responsibilities* Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.* Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.* Perform lot maintenance and merchandising, ensuring display areas are clean and organized.* Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.* Execute photo station process for carmax.com listings.* Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.* Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.Required Qualifications* Valid driver's license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.* High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.* Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.* Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.* Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.* Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.About CarMaxAt CarMax, we revolutionized the used car buying experience over 30 years ago by introducing transparency and integrity into the process.
