Cyber Security Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC, Brevard (Hybrid) Most important skillsets: • 4+ years of experience coordinating technology, cybersecurity, risk, or application delivery activities, or equivalent • Experience managing assessment intake, readiness, scheduling, status tracking, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution across multiple concurrent activities • Familiarity with application security assessment lifecycle concepts, including intake, scoping, readiness, testing, findings review, remediation, retesting, and governance reporting • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track assessment coverage, onboarding metrics, remediation trends, and program effectiveness Job Description: In this role, you will: • Coordinate collection of architecture diagrams, supporting documentation, business context, and other required inputs needed to prepare application security assessments • Coordinate with the application team to validate that all required access, test accounts, target environments, supporting documentation, and designated points of contact are available and operational prior to assessment execution. • Track readiness activities, identify onboarding issues, and coordinate resolution of blockers that may affect assessment start dates or progress • Track finding disposition and review activities, including coordination of business context, impact details, and stakeholder feedback needed to support accurate findings • Coordinate and facilitate post-assessment debrief sessions with testers, application teams, and Application Security Champions to communicate findings, answer questions, and support remediation planning. • Coordinate remediation activities with application teams, track target completion dates, and escalate overdue findings as needed. “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.” #J-18808-Ljbffr
