Estate Planning Attorney

A highly respected law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing practice. What You'll Do Advise individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning strategies. Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents. Counsel clients on wealth preservation, business succession, charitable giving, and asset protection planning. Assist with trust and estate administration and probate matters as needed. Work closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Build lasting client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. What We\'re Looking For J.D. and bar admission. At least 5 years of experience in estate planning. Excellent communication, drafting, and client relationship skills.
