Country Meadow Rehab & Nursing Center is now hiring part-time LPNs for All Shifts (6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a)who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. If you are looking forward to becoming a part of a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN LPN:
- Providing nursing care within their scope of practice
- Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
- Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
- Any other job duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN:
- Must have an active Certification as an LPN
- Experience preferred, not required
