As a Security Officer Unarmed Site Patrol in Fulton, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support access control activities, deliver strong customer service and communication, and bring our agile, reliable, and innovative values to life through teamwork, care, and integrity every day.

Pay Rate: $16.28 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries, following site protocols for access control, credential checks, and/or visitor processing.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity efforts by observing shipping and receiving areas, noting unusual activity, and communicating security-related issues, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
