Global Benefits Expat AVP - Hybrid

Aon is looking for a Global Benefits Expat AVP in Houston, Chicago, San Francisco, Irvine, Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, and Minnesota. This is a great career opportunity that offers diversified project and client exposure. Responsibilities include serving as day-to-day contact for multinational clients, leading projects within established time frames and financial parameters, supporting the development and execution of client benefits strategies, and resolving client issues. The role also involves communicating with external parties to resolve issues and prepare reports, making recommendations, and achieving specified client servicing deliverables and goals.

Required knowledge and experience include 5-10 years or more of direct experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm or a vendor/insurance carrier, strong project management and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of knowledge of international employee benefits. Sales development skills are also required. Preferred knowledge and experience include international or US benefits consulting experience, demonstrated consultative skills, a bachelor's degree, and a demonstrated interest in the global environment, other cultures, and languages.
