Overview

The Infrastructure Operations Manager directs IT infrastructure operations, balancing on-premises systems with cloud solutions. This role ensures service continuity, optimization, and compliance across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Implement proactive monitoring and cloud migration strategies.
Manage Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations.
Coordinate cross-functional incident, problem, and change management.
Ensure compliance with IT and security standards.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, or business.
10+ years IT experience.
5+ years technical/process proficiency across IT disciplines.
5+ years managing on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Certification: IAT Level II.
Active TS/SCI clearance.

Tools & Platforms

VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Azure/AWS/GCP management, Splunk, SolarWinds, Nagios, Backup/DR (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik), Terraform, Ansible.
