Roscoe Physiotherapy Co. is a locally owned physical therapy clinic in Hermitage, PA.
We help people move better, feel better, and get back to the activities they love.
Our front desk team plays a huge role in creating a warm, organized, and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our growing team.
Position OverviewThis is an entry-level to early-career front desk role focused on:
- greeting patients
- answering phones
- scheduling appointments
- collecting payments
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a positive healthcare environment, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll DoAs a Front Desk Associate, you will:
- Greet patients with energy, warmth, and professionalism
- Answer incoming phone calls and help patients schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out for their visits
- Collect co-pays and payments accurately
- Help keep the front desk area organized and welcoming
- Communicate clearly with therapists and team members to support patient flow
You would be a great fit if you:
- enjoy working with people and creating a positive first impression
- are comfortable talking on the phone and in person
- are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- can learn basic scheduling and payment systems
Previous front desk, customer service, or office experience is helpful — but not required.
We are happy to train the right person.
- Part-time or full-time opportunities available
- Hourly pay: $14 – $17 per hour, based on experience
