Maxim Healthcare in Allentown, PA is hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work with a pediatric trach/vent patient in the comfort of their own home in the Lehigh Valley!

Shifts available:

• Dayshifts 7a-4p Monday through Friday in Easton
• Overnights, flexible shift hours, all nights in Bethlehem

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
