Guest Service Representative This position requires availability to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Applicants must be available during these times to be considered. This position will be cross-trained as a Froster. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to operate required commercial equipment. Position Summary: The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Guest Service Representative creates a warm, welcoming environment for our guests, offers creative solutions for celebrations, and helps deliver an exceptional bakery experience. As the first point of contact, this role plays an important part in creating memorable guest experiences while supporting daily bakery operations. We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated team member with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating joyful experiences for every guest. Work Availability: Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Must have reliable transportation Bakery hours are MondaySaturday 9:00 AM 7:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM 5:00 PM Accountabilities/Duties: Promptly greets walk-in and phone guests with warmth and enthusiasm to determine needs and follows NbC Sweet Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience Maintains strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complimentary retail merchandise Suggests additional items such as balloons, candles, and cards to enhance guest celebrations Processes orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system; invites guests to join the Bundtastic Rewards program Maintains a clean, organized bakery presentation, including light cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces Replenishes retail merchandise and cake display cases to maintain strong visual presentation Assists with preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed Complies with all health and safety guidelines, NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and hygiene standards.
