As a Dispatcher, you'll sit at the center of the region's electric grid — monitoring live system activity, spotting problems as they happen, and directing crews to resolve outages and emergencies before they affect more customers. It's fast-paced, high-stakes work where clear thinking and quick communication keep the lights on for entire communities.

• Starting Pay: ~$65,000 to start, with structured progression toward $100,000+ within five years
• Location: Fort Wayne, IN — must live within (or relocate within) 45 minutes of the reporting location
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call availability for emergencies
• Training: Full paid training provided; progression tied to completing required testing at each level
• Assessment: Candidates must complete a brief online job-preview assessment as part of the process

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field, OR associate degree in electrical/electronic technology, OR high school diploma plus 2 years of experience in technical customer support/service with strong multi-tasking across multiple systems/screens
