Computational Biologist I: Genomics & Data Analytics
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Computational Biologist I to support genomic data analysis within the Chahrour Lab. You will work with PI to apply computational methods to large-scale datasets, develop software, and maintain research computing infrastructure.
Applicants should have strong Python and R skills, experience with high-throughput sequencing data, and familiarity with bioinformatics tools.
