We are seeking a detail‑driven Quality Assurance Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our clinical quality program and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. This role focuses on chart reviews, documentation accuracy, and assisting with quality improvement initiatives that strengthen patient care.
