Security Operations Center Manager | Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo Staffing is looking for an experienced Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager to lead overnight security operations for a fast-paced video surveillance and command center environment in Las Vegas, Nevada. This full-time, salaried leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced SOC Manager, Security Operations Manager, Command Center Manager, Surveillance Operations Manager, or Security Manager who excels at team leadership, workforce management, operational compliance, and employee accountability.

The SOC Manager will oversee daily Security Operations Center and Command Center operations, supervise management and operations personnel, maintain appropriate staffing coverage, and ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, confident handling employee performance matters, and experienced managing multiple operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Command Center.
• Lead, supervise, and support assistant managers and operations personnel.
• Monitor staffing levels and maintain appropriate coverage across shifts.
• Manage employee schedules, timecards, payroll approvals, operational reports, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate camera assignments, surveillance coverage, and location records.
• Conduct investigations and resolve operational issues as needed.
• Lead team meetings and provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and address performance concerns or disciplinary matters when necessary.
• Resolve workplace conflicts professionally and partner with Human Resources on employee relations matters.
• Hold employees and managers accountable for company policies, scheduling requirements, procedures, and operational standards.
• Support the implementation and ongoing adherence to SOC 2 policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and operational documentation to support compliance.
• Manage Command Center and office inventory, including uniforms, headsets, keyboards, equipment, and general supplies.
• Coordinate staffing needs and recruitment efforts as necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, team communication, workflows, and processes.
• Complete additional operational projects and assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous management, supervisory, or leadership experience required.
• Experience in security operations, surveillance, dispatch, command center, Security Operations Center (SOC), or operations management preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation.
• Proven ability to lead employees, establish accountability, and address performance concerns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet management.
• Experience with employee scheduling, payroll, timecards, and workforce planning preferred.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 compliance, policies, and procedures strongly preferred.
• Professional, dependable, and capable of handling confidential information appropriately.

Pay

$90,000 per year

Schedule

Full Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
