Senior Marketing Manager – Technical SEO, Growth & Marketing Operations Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact initiatives across Technical SEO, content, organic growth, website management, and marketing operations . This is a high-ownership role that combines strategic marketing thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll be responsible for driving organic growth, managing marketing systems and workflows, overseeing SEO and website initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and leveraging AI to improve marketing speed and scalability. What You’ll Own Technical SEO & Organic Growth Lead Technical SEO strategy and execution across: On-page optimization Technical audits Backlink strategies Keyword and organic growth planning Identify and resolve technical issues affecting rankings and organic visibility Monitor SEO performance and translate data into actionable improvements Stay current with evolving SEO, AIO, and AI-driven search strategies Collaborate with content and development teams to improve search performance Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels Build organic growth strategies across SEO, content, and digital marketing Manage ongoing campaigns and marketing priorities Support revenue-focused initiatives and performance tracking Identify growth opportunities and translate them into executable plans Content & Social Media Create and oversee consistent social content across: Instagram Facebook X (Twitter) Produce or manage: Blogs and articles PR outreach Promotional content Marketing assets Collaborate with designers and developers on content execution Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, and communication Website Management Manage website initiatives using

From there, you could prioritize technical SEO improvements, coordinate content production, review website updates with developers, and manage ongoing marketing projects. Throughout the day, you’ll monitor growth opportunities, improve AI-assisted workflows, review reporting, and ensure campaigns and operational priorities continue moving forward. In short: you own the execution, systems, and operational structure behind the company’s digital marketing and organic growth.
