This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Provide 24 x 7 monitoring support to Client/Server and Network Operations. All candidates must work a rotatingpanamaschedule. Takeappropriate actiontomaintainsystem availability. Analyze system anomalies, perform initial troubleshooting, generate and route Maximo tickets to theappropriate serviceproviders fortimelywork-off. Maintain current andaccuratelogs, accurately documenting all system outages and pertinent follow-up information asrequired. Remaincurrent inwith Standard Operating Procedures, Systemmanualsand control logs. Maintain accuracy of all System Analyststask. Continue to developstate of the artknowledge and skills asrequiredfor the evolving technical environment. Required Clearance: TSSCI (#tssci) (#polygraph) Required Qualifications: Experience with the following applications: ServiceNow, HPOpenview, Lotus Notesdatabasesand email. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work closely with CSM Management, Client/Server & Networkprofessionalsand the customer community. Candidate must have a total of10 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 10 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 8 years, a Bachelors’ and 6 years, aMastersand 4 years or a PhD and 2years of work history. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
