Ruan Transportation Management Systems in Des Moines, IA is seeking an IT technician to lead the selection, configuration, installation and inventory of end-user equipment for enterprise and field users. You will participate in on-call rotation for critical support outside core hours, deliver high levels of service, document procedures, and help ensure licensing compliance and KPI tracking.
