Experience with material‑handling systems, logistics, or automated solutions (preferred). Proficiency in at least one structured programming language (e.g., Python). Experience with simulation tools such as Plant Simulation (AutoMod experience is a plus). Familiarity with AutoCAD or 3D modeling tools is helpful. Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, technologies, and methods. Strong understanding of simulation modeling principles and approaches. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience in simulation model development, system modeling, or performance analysis. Typical experience range: 2-5+ years, depending on role level and validated capability. #LI-JR1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
