IT & Security Engineer: Build Secure Systems at Scale

Chamber is hiring its first IT & Security Engineer to help build and own the infrastructure that keeps our cardiology team secure as we scale. You will manage endpoints across macOS and Windows, administer IdP/M365, and enforce MFA and access controls in a fast‑growing environment. You'll contribute to SOC 2, HIPAA readiness and incident response while collaborating with the Head of Security and IT.
