Behavioral Health Technician- Second Shift (2:45pm-11:15pm)

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Clearfork Academy Help Adolescents Build a New Legacy At Clearfork Academy, we provide high-quality substance abuse and mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults. We're looking for a dependable, observant, and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in supporting clients through consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Monitor client safety and well-being through regular observations and documentation Conduct patient rounds, wellness checks, and facility safety inspections Record vital signs and assist with urine drug screening procedures Support educational, recreational, and therapeutic activities Assist with program orientation and client supervision Maintain accurate records and documentation Help ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards Provide transportation support when assigned Assist with routine housekeeping and facility upkeep Collaborate with nurses, counselors, and clinical staff to support quality patient care What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
