General Dentist – Rochester, NY Area

A well-established dental practice in the greater Rochester, NY region is seeking a General Dentist to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced providers and recent residency graduates looking to launch or advance their careers in a supportive, high-quality clinical environment.

This role is part of a network of affiliated practices in the Rochester and Webster communities, offering providers the benefit of collaboration, shared resources, and mentorship from experienced clinicians across multiple locations.

Practice Overview

• Comprehensive family and restorative dentistry

• Strong emphasis on high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience

• Modern, tech-forward environment featuring digital dentistry, intraoral scanners, CBCT, and same-day capabilities (where applicable)

• Skilled hygienists, expanded-function assistants, and a highly supportive administrative team

• Mentorship opportunities and exposure to a wide variety of clinical cases across partnering practices

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• No weekend hours

Clinical Focus Includes

• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)

• Comprehensive treatment planning

• Preventive and periodontal maintenance care

• Simple extractions and oral surgery (as comfortable)

• Optional endodontics and prosthodontics, based on provider interests

• Implant restoration; implant placement available for trained/interested clinicians

• Cosmetic dentistry, whitening, and aligner therapy

• Opportunities to expand into advanced procedures with structured mentorship
