Responsibilities

• Provide practical nursing care under supervision, including routine assessments and monitoring of residents
• Administer medications and perform basic nursing procedures per the plan of care
• Monitor vital signs and document changes; respond to changes in resident condition promptly
• Document care and interventions in Point-Click-Care electronic health records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (CNA, RN, physicians) to implement and adjust care plans
• Support residents with activities of daily living and respond to call bells and urgent needs

Requirements

• Point-Click-Care experience (required)
• Availability for 3x12-hour night shifts
• Must reside within 100 miles of the assignment facility
• Availability for a 13-week contract
• Ability to work in a long-term care setting
