Location: Pomona, CA
Pay/Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Full-Time, Onsite

We are actively seeking a  Sales Service Coordinator to join a well-established construction materials organization known for supporting major projects and maintaining strong relationships across multiple markets. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Prepare and process sales quotations with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter and manage customer orders while ensuring all information is complete and organized.
• Support sales representatives across multiple states by handling administrative and coordination activities.
• Serve as an internal point of contact for the sales team, helping resolve questions and facilitate communication.
• Manage a high volume of email correspondence and maintain organized records of customer interactions.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding orders, updates, and general inquiries.
• Utilize company systems and software to maintain sales-related documentation and data.
• Contribute to efficient workflows by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and following established procedures.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring:

• Experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, administrative coordination, or related functions.
• Strong computer proficiency and confidence working within multiple software systems.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of email correspondence.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering orders and preparing documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach to supporting internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work successfully in an onsite, fast-paced office environment.
• Previous experience creating quotes, processing orders, or supporting a sales team is highly preferred.
