Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00 (D/N, Rotating)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: BLS; 2 years current experience in Medical Surgical Nursing; First-timers accepted; Night shift (19:00 - 07:00); 2 West - Medical Innovation Unit (Rooms 221-248); 50 Miles radius rule; Holiday and weekend rotations required; RTO policy applies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care on a 32-bed medical/surgical unit focused on innovative nursing practices.
  
• Adhere to staffing ratios of 1:6 and ensure compliance with holiday and weekend rotations.
  
• Float to cover staffing needs as required.
  
• Take DS at Employee Health on the first day before starting shift.
  
• Utilize new technologies and equipment in patient care.
  
• Collaborate with team members within an innovative environment.
