Schedule/Hours:

• Travel-based assignment with variable shifts depending on operational need.
• Full-time hours with potential for overtime during surgical peak periods.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• At least one year of recent Operating Room nursing experience (scrub and circulating experience highly preferred).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced perioperative environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide intraoperative care by monitoring patient status and supporting the surgical team.
• Circulate and/or scrub according to case requirements, maintaining a sterile field and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Support patient advocacy and uphold the highest standards of compassionate, evidence-based care.
