We specialize in creating superior experiences that are supported by research, brand strategy, and a clear understanding of business and user needs.We’re looking for a talented and collaborative Senior Designer who loves working with and learning from a multidisciplinary team, creates exceptional experiences, and excels at communicating with clients.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will act as the design discipline lead on multidisciplinary teams of researchers, technologists and engagement team members. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree and 2 years of work experience.Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud apps, Sketch, Keynote, InVision, Figma and other prototyping softwareAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environmentOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsIdeally, you’ll also havePassion and interests in working in the Financial Services industry orWriting, publishing and conference-level presentation skills preferredWhat we look forWe’re looking for a Designer who has experience in creating smart, effective, engaging and visually appealing user experiences. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $100,200 to $165,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $120,200 to $188,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
