Service Advisor

The Dispatcher is responsible for efficiently coordinating mobile tire technicians to service jobs across various customer sites. This role ensures timely and accurate dispatching for farm, construction, industrial, and commercial tire needs while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The Dispatcher also manages work order creation, billing, and specific customer requirements. Responsibilities Assign appropriate mobile tire technicians to service calls based on location, job type, and technician skill set. Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service scheduling and updates. Address customer-specific needs and ensure accurate documentation of requirements. Create detailed work orders for each job, including labor, parts, and service details. Process billing accurately and promptly in accordance with company policies. Maintain records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions. Collaborate with technicians and management to resolve scheduling conflicts or urgent service needs. Proven experience in dispatching, scheduling, or related tire sales. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling, billing, and record‑keeping. Required Licenses or Certifications None Work Environment/Expectations Office based role. Background noise from coworkers, vehicles and various tools is expected. Physical Requirements Bending and sitting for extended periods of time is expected. Regular use of computer keyboard and telephone. Ability to lift and carry at least 15 pounds routinely. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly. Use of fine motor skills is expected.
