Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, Content & Operations, Global Customer Advocacy to join our team.

This is a Remote (Americas) role, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Customer Advocacy. The Senior Manager, Content & Operations will drive the scale and impact of Global Customer Advocacy through AI-powered innovation, strategic content development, and third-party customer validation. This role will lead the adoption and optimization of AI-driven solutions, amplify customer proof points across cross-functional workflows, and strengthen Zscaler’s market credibility through customer reviews and analyst engagement. By connecting customer advocacy to key business priorities, this individual will accelerate operational efficiency, influence buyer decisions, and maximize the business impact of customer storytelling.
