Staff Accountant

We are seeking a professional Staff Accountant to join a growing team in Greenville, SC . This is a full time, permanent/direct hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of general accounting experience and will have a strong growth mentality.
Job Description:
- Perform daily accounting tasks including transaction entry, expense coding, and account reconciliations
- Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries to support timely and accurate month-end and year-end closes
- Assist in preparing journal entries and basic financial reports
- Help maintain clients' general ledgers, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data
- Support compliance with GAAP and assist with tax filing coordination
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with onboarding new clients or data cleanup as needed
- Handle sensitive financial data with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1+ year of general accounting experience
- Experience with Multi Client work is STRONGLY preferred!!
- Basic understanding of GAAP
- Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- Onsite
