Technical Lead/Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics
Location: Shrewsbury, NJ (ONSITE) Duration: 6 months+ Visa: GC and USC Interview: Phone/Skype Rate: DOE
Strategic thinker who has expertise in collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to define and implement Supply Chain analytics strategy
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and influence a diverse group of global leaders across technology and business functions
Background and competency in areas of Supply Chain analytics, Statistics, Operations, or a related field is recommended.
10+ years of experience in working with cross-functional project teams to implement data analytics solutions.
5+ years of experience in architecting data analytics applications including development of complete data analytics workflow, from data ingestion to data transformation to BI and analytics tools.
5+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution, Material Management (Supply Chain) and FICO modules.
5+ years of experience in managing teams with mix of employees and offshore consultants.
5+ years of experience with frontend reporting and dashboarding using Python, Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects/Lumira or SAP Analytics Cloud.
Solid experience in data modelling and analysis, statistics, and causal inference
Deep domain understanding with familiarity and experience with creating analytical data sets and analytical models that lead to actionable recommendations
Agile project management, Data analysis including modeling, data mining and visualization to support transformation engagements at tactical and strategic levels.
Knowledge of various reporting techniques on top of data warehousing on SAP Analytics Cloud or Business Objects or Analysis for Office or in multiple tools
Expertise in designing Dimensional Data models.
Expertise in building high performance analytics applications against very large databases, data warehouses, performance analysis and optimization and security concepts.
Experience with Cloud Data Warehouse platforms like Redshift or Snowflake
Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication with proficiency in engaging and influencing large teams and functional leaders
Demonstrated experience mentoring colleagues on standards, best practices, and new technology concepts
Experience with AWS Services highly desirable
Hands-on design and development experience with SAP BW and HANA.
Experience with SalesForce.com, Oracle ERP
