Full-Time General Dentist – Mount Vernon, WA
Annual Compensation: Up to $450,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Full-Time General Dentist to join our thriving dental practice in Mount Vernon, Washington . Our beautiful, contemporary office features a strong and loyal patient base, ensuring a consistently full schedule with diverse treatment opportunities.
You will be supported by a highly trained, tenured clinical and administrative team with streamlined systems that allow you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. We are committed to providing best-in-class dentistry while maintaining a trusted reputation within our community.

Job ResponsibilitiesExamine patients’ teeth, gums, and oral tissues to diagnose oral health conditions
Utilize digital X-rays and imaging technology to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, veneers, extractions, whitening, bonding, and decay treatment
Administer local anesthesia as needed for patient comfort
Conduct oral cancer screenings and preventative evaluations
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions
Prescribe medications including antibiotics and pain management when appropriate
Take dental impressions for custom appliances such as dentures and mouthguards
Maintain strict compliance with sterilization protocols and infection control standards
Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC regulations
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
Active state dental license (Washington) or eligibility for licensure
CPR certification required
Knowledge of dental health and safety regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC guidelines
Experience with dental software or practice management systems preferred
1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
Annual earning potential up to $450,000
Established patient base with full clinical schedule
