The nurse will be part of a team delivering care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures. Experience with Davinci Robots, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmic surgeries is preferred but not mandatory. The daily patient census is approximately 45, and the operating room consists of 14 rooms. The nurse will handle a patient ratio of 1. Call expectations are minimal, requiring only 1-2 shifts every six weeks. This role requires a proactive approach to patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to safety protocols. Candidates must be capable of operating in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. All submitted candidates must satisfy compliance rules during onboarding.
