Assistant Manager at Subway 9013We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway 9013 in Hannibal, OH. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant, including but not limited to supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Responsibilities:Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operationsSupervise and train staff membersEnsure high levels of customer satisfactionMaintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurantHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate recordsAssist in inventory management and ordering suppliesAdhere to all company policies and proceduresRequirements:Prior experience in a supervisory role in the food service industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and team-building skillsKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
