Navy Software System Safety Engineer

Penn State’s Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) seeks a Software System Safety Engineer to advance safety for software-intensive Navy systems. You will collaborate with developers, systems engineers, and government safety engineers to identify hazards and produce evidence for safety certification.

Responsibilities include performing safety analyses, documenting findings, and supporting certification activities across the system lifecycle.
