Now Hiring: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)  

The Springs of Harrison | 115 Orendorff Avenue, Harrison, AR 72601 

$1,250 Sign-On Bonus + $250 Referral Bonus | Daily Pay Available

The Springs of Harrison is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. If you’re passionate about providing quality care and want to work in a supportive, resident-focused environment, we’d love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility  

- Take and record vitals twice per shift  

- Maintain accurate charting and documentation  

- Support meal assistance and resident transportation (must have a valid driver’s license if assisting with van runs)  

- Be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

- Active CNA certification (Arkansas)  

- Strong work ethic, dependability, and compassion  

- Ability to work scheduled shifts and adapt to resident needs
