Responsibilities

• Review job packets and setup instructions to prepare for each run
• Set up Haas machines and load/execute programs accurately
• Verify program accuracy through test runs or in-process checks
• Monitor jobs continuously to ensure correct speeds, feeds, and tolerances
• Maintain detailed records and document any issues or adjustments
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaborate with the team to implement them
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized
• Notify management of any machine or consumable concerns

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to load and execute CNC programs
• Blueprint reading skills (preferred)
• Solid math skills algebra, geometry, measurements
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• 2-3 year of machining experience
• Trade school preferred (not required)
