About the Role

Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist – Milling to set up, program, and operate 5-Axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong blueprint reading skills, hands-on machining experience, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines (5-Axis)
• Select, install, and change cutting tools as required
• Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality
• Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes
• Troubleshoot machining and process issues as they arise
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Education & Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Technical school certification or Associate's degree in CNC Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or related field (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist (Milling) in a manufacturing environment

Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience

Experience with Heidenhain controls (preferred)

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Knowledge of CNC setup, tooling, and machine maintenance

Solid mechanical aptitude

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Understanding of machining safety standards and procedures
