Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology - (South Atlantic) - Johnson & Johnson HCS, Inc

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for its Oncology division covering the South Atlantic region. This field-based role focuses on educating healthcare providers and their staff on reimbursement processes, patient access, and adherence support for oncology therapies.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, and payer coding requirements
• Provide field-based reimbursement support and address patient access and affordability issues
• Collaborate with sales teams and managed care colleagues to support customer needs
• Build and maintain relationships with oncology practice accounts across assigned territory
• Serve as subject matter expert on access and affordability solutions across multiple payer types

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and pharmacy/medical benefit systems
• Understanding of payer coverage, coding requirements, and reimbursement procedures
• Experience serving as reimbursement expert to healthcare provider teams
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid Managed Care, and Commercial payer dynamics
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving capabilities in healthcare settings
• Ability to manage field territory logistics and account planning
