Warehouse Clerk

InCord has an opening for a detailed-oriented Warehouse Clerk. The Warehouse Clerk assists in all administrative tasks of the warehouse and distribution center. This person must have strong computer skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be supporting the receiving, inventory and material handler/driver functions in all clerical tasks. The duties would include, but not be limited to, scanning of work orders, inventory label printing, labelling packages, creating and closing out make to stock orders, and monitoring the warehouse inbox for new orders. The person will be the primary back-up for the designated team members in which the role supports.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform tasks of a physical and repetitive nature. Includes not limited to standing, sitting, pulling, lifting, kneeling, labelling.
• Accurately organize and scan all work orders for invoicing.
• Printing inventory labels and labelling goods as needed.
• Receiving of incoming goods
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Driving among warehouses to pick up or drop off materials.
• Creating stock orders and closing them out in a timely manner to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitoring the warehouse inbox and distributing orders in a timely manner.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day if needed.
• Be flexible and prepared to have work reassigned at a moment's notice, and across all departments.
• Follow InCord's rules, regulations, and safety requirements, coming to work on time and giving their all.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Strong computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills; good written and verbal English
• An ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Valid driver's License and medical card
• Forklift Certified/ willing to be certified
• Positive, can-do attitude
