Your Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostics, and designing tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic maladies, either independently or in collaboration with established medical teams
• Informing and educating patients and families about preventive measures, wellness practices, and effective management of diseases
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your scope of practice
• Engaging in ongoing patient follow-ups and chronic care strategies
• Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive and coordinated care
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certifications Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Florida
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or an equivalent specialty credential
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to obtain within 90 days)
