In this role, you'll provide hands-on care and support to our residentshelping with daily needs, ensuring comfort, and creating a safe, welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities as a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant: Assist residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility support and assist with repositioning and transfers Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment Offer companionship and emotional support to residents Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to ensure quality care Qualifications for the Non-Certified Nursing Assistant: No certification required training provided!
