Registered Nurse (RN) – Job Description

Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality and safe patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS/CPR certification (required)
• Previous clinical or bedside experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
