We are looking for energetic, dedicated CNAs to become the heartbeat of our resident support team.PRN CNA / Care Associate11PM to 7AM, 3PM TO 11PM and 7AM to 3PMWhat we offerCompensation: $20.00 an hour, commensurate with your experienceA culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and values401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% matchGrowth Opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones!How you will make an impactSupporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needsAssisting residents in activities of daily livingImplementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belongingProviding assistance with resident activities and resident programsWorking with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matterWhat you will needMinimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferredCurrent CPR certification is preferred.Current CNA certification for the state in which you are workingMust be at least 18 years of ageBasic computer skills required.Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
