About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in advancing community operations, strengthening team performance, and supporting the delivery of exceptional services. This role requires a proven senior living executive with a strong background in Life Plan Communities/CCRCs, senior living operations, and executive-level leadership. The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership, partnering with executive leadership to execute organizational priorities, and promoting operational excellence across all functions. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, monitoring operational performance, and fostering a culture focused on service excellence and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in overseeing complex operations, a strong understanding of operational strategy, financial performance, and service excellence, and exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
