Concrete Laborer

We are looking for a  dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team in the Flathead Valley. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in physical work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to build a long-term career in the concrete industry.

We offer  competitive pay of $25–$30/hour , excellent benefits, and a  monthly performance bonus for team members who show up, work hard, and get the job done right.

What You'll Do

• Assist with all phases of concrete construction.
• Set and strip forms.
• Assist the concrete crew with daily job-site activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow company and job-site safety procedures.
• Work effectively with the crew and take direction from the Foreman.
• Perform other construction duties as needed.

• Dependable and punctual work ethic.
• Ability to work hard in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Previous concrete or construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
