We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills and CompetenciesExperience in data remediation, data quality management, data validation, and enrichment activities within large and complex datasetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data quality issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvementAdvanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL for data validation, analysis, and reportingFamiliarity with Jira, Salesforce, Databricks, and other tools used to support data operations, remediation, and issue managementExperience coordinating activities across a team, including workload prioritization, coaching, training, and quality oversightExcellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency while managing high volumes of dataStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across operations, product, technology, sales, and external data provider teamsDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI useEducationBachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferredEquivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience will be consideredExposure to SQL, Python, Databricks, data governance, data quality management, or related certifications is considered a plusResponsibilitiesSupport data quality initiatives by leading remediation activities, improving data integrity, and providing operational and deputy management support to the Data Specialist team.Review, correct, and enrich entity data to resolve inaccuracies, duplicates, and incomplete recordsResearch and validate information using internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy and completenessDocument remediation actions, decisions, and supporting rationale in accordance with established proceduresIdentify recurring data quality issues and trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and quality standardsFollow data governance, quality, and compliance requirements to maintain data integrity and support audit activitiesCreate and assist with the management of Jira tickets to support issue triage, tracking, and resolution across the teamManage and follow up on client cases within Salesforce to ensure timely and effective issue resolutionSupport workload prioritization, monitor team outputs, and assist the Team Leader with coaching, training, and quality reviewsCollaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Information Providers, Sales teams, and other stakeholders to resolve data challenges and improve processesPrepare reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and status updates that communicate remediation outcomes, actions, and data quality improvementsMaintain process documentation, operational manuals, and reference materials to ensure changes and decisions are accurately recordedIdentify opportunities to leverage Python, Databricks, automation, and approved AI tools to improve data collection, analysis, and remediation efficiencyDevelop technical proposals and recommendations for process improvements and automation initiatives in partnership with senior team members and leadershipAssist with resource planning and team coverage to ensure continuity of operations during planned and unplanned absencesSupport onboarding and training activities by delivering guidance, answering process-related questions, and serving as a subject matter resource for the teamAbout the TeamOur Data Estate North America team is responsible for bringing together a vast catalog of data to help business decision-makers assess risks and opportunities. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
