Patient population has at times will require dialysis or PCA pumps. Only drip is Heparin. Post-Op procedures on unit: Amputations, ostomy, drains, chest tubes, oral surgeries and wound vacs. Dress Code: Scrubs Navy, Blue, White, Black, Gray, Ceil Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Packet attached HAI prevention CVC and Foley monitoring with standard precautions Fall prevention DCL Lounge/Throughput 100% Medication Scanning, including controlled substances Attendance per policy Great teamwork, youthful group that is eager to get in and complete any task to enhance the outcomes of their patients. Charges are supportive and experienced, along with leadership to allow for smooth introduction to 12 Tower.
