Raytheon's internship program is designed to empower growth by exploring the dynamic nature of the defense industry throughout Raytheon Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSCQ). Throughout the summer, you will be able to expand your knowledge of OSCQ while also gaining unprecedented exposure to leadership along the way.

Material Program Managers (MPMs) or Supply Chain Managers (SCMs) are the liaisons between Supply Chain and Program teams. They execute the Program material strategy to ensure execution from the front end of the business through contract closure. This role requires us to operate in a challenging and constantly changing environment where successful material strategy execution is a key contributor to overall program success.

What You Will Do

• Support the development and implementation of material strategies
• Conduct material forecasting
• Ensure cost and schedule requirements are met
• Evaluate metrics to monitor Supply Chain health
• Support supplier assessments and ROMs/proposals

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
• Experience with Supply Chain processes and tools
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
• Experience in a Defense Contracting environment
• Experience with SAP/PRISM

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
