Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide full-time, on-site speech therapy services in San Francisco, CA, working directly with children in home and school settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy sessions focused on speech clarity, language development, social communication, and related needs. The role involves collaborating closely with families, teachers, and caregivers to share progress, provide home-program recommendations, and support generalization of skills. The Speech Language Pathologist will document sessions and outcomes accurately, maintain organized clinical records, and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality, child-centered care. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Speech Therapy and evaluation of Communication Disorders. Experience treating Language Disorders and supporting early language development. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and current ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist in California. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and family coaching skills in diverse school and home environments.
